Revenue provides insights into your product performance through a detailed breakdown of sales metrics. You can access this data by navigating to Analytics > Sales > Sales by Product.

Key Features:

  • Filter results by date (from January 2014) and sales channels (Website, POS, Third-party platforms)
  • View top-performing products through bar charts (up to 8 items) and detailed tables (up to 100 items)
  • Sort data by key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Search for specific products using the search bar

Available Sales Channels:

  • Website: Online store sales and membership subscriptions
  • POS: In-person sales through Point of Sale
  • Third-party platforms: Sales from integrated external channels
  • All Channels: Combined view of all sales sources

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Revenue: Total sales value
  • Orders: Number of purchases
  • Views: Product page visits (website sales only)
  • Conversion Rate: Percentage of views resulting in sales (website sales only)

Important Notes:

  • Data includes all product variants combined
  • Revenue is rounded in charts but exact in tables
  • Column sorting works in both ascending and descending order
  • Double-click column headers to view lowest-performing items
