
Sales Analytics Dashboard: View Your Product Performance Metrics
Sales by product analysis helps you track and evaluate the performance of your retail items through key statistics like revenue, orders, and conversion rates.
To access product sales data:
- Navigate to Analytics > Sales > Sales by Product
- Set your preferred date range (data available from January 2014)
- Select your sales channel filter:
- Website (online store and subscriptions)
- Point of Sale (in-person transactions)
- Third-party platforms
- All Channels combined
The analysis provides two main views:
- Bar chart (top 8 items)
- Detailed table (up to 100 items)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Revenue
- Number of orders
- Product views (website only)
- Conversion rate (website only)

- Search for specific products
