Import Etsy product reviews onto your Squarespace product detail pages to showcase customer feedback. Before starting, ensure you've imported your Etsy products.

What Gets Imported

• Customer images and names
• Review dates
• Product images and titles
• Review content
• Star ratings

Import Process

1. Navigate to Product Reviews panel
2. Select "Import from Etsy"
3. Click "Log in and Import"
4. Grant access to your Etsy account
5. Wait up to 20 minutes for import completion
6. Click "Review them" once finished

Important Notes

• Reviews import is a one-time process (no automatic syncing)
• Reviews appear in bulk under all products
• Review appearance and placement cannot be customized
• New reviews must be added through Etsy

Updating Reviews

• Re-import reviews daily through the Product Reviews panel
• Click "Re-import" to pull latest reviews
• Re-importing doesn't affect existing reviews

Managing Reviews

• Hide all Etsy reviews: Toggle off "Imported Reviews"
• Remove specific reviews: Contact Etsy for removal, then re-import
• Individual review deletion not available through Squarespace

Limitations

• Customers can't add Etsy reviews directly on Squarespace
• Review styling options are fixed
• Reviews display location cannot be changed
• All reviews show under each product

Remember to re-import regularly to keep your product reviews current and maintain consistency between your Etsy and Squarespace stores.
