Product reviews from your Etsy shop can be displayed on your Squarespace product detail pages. This guide explains how to import and manage these reviews effectively.

What Gets Imported:

• Customer images and names
• Review dates
• Product images and titles
• Star ratings
• Review text

Import Process:

1. Open the Product Reviews panel
2. Click "Import from Etsy"
3. Click "Sign in and import"
4. Sign in to your Etsy account and grant access
5. Wait up to 20 minutes for import completion
6. Click "View Reviews" once finished

Important Notes:

• Import your Etsy products before importing reviews
• Reviews are imported as a one-time bulk process (not automatically synced)
• All reviews display under each product in your shop
• Review appearance cannot be customized
• New reviews must be added through Etsy

Reimporting Reviews:

• Open Product Reviews panel and click "Reimport"
• Can only import once per day
• Won't overwrite existing reviews
• Helps keep reviews current

Managing Reviews:

• To hide all Etsy reviews: Disable imported reviews option in Product Reviews panel
• To remove specific reviews: Contact Etsy directly for deletion
• After Etsy removes a review, reimport to update your site

Reviews will appear on product detail pages but not in the product reviews panel. Customer review requests must still be managed through your Squarespace shop's Product Reviews feature.
