Create Trackable Marketing URLs for Campaign Analytics
Trackable links help measure visitor clicks, revenue, and campaign success. Create unique URLs that track performance individually in the Traffic Sources panel.
Accessing the URL Builder
- Go to Marketing panel > URL Builder
- Also accessible via Traffic Sources panel
Compatible Advertising Platforms
- Facebook Ads
- Instagram Ads
- Google Ads
- Twitter Ads
- Pinterest Ads
- YouTube Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
Note: Separate tracking links aren't needed for Squarespace email campaigns and Instagram shopping campaigns as they're automatically tracked.
Supported Link Destinations
- Layout pages
- Collection pages
- Tag and category pages within collections
Unsupported Destinations
- Individual collection items (products/blog posts)
- Pages within index (use main index page instead)
Creating a Trackable URL
- Navigate to Marketing > URL Builder
- Click Create URL
- Select destination page from dropdown menu
- Choose advertising platform
- Click Next
- Add campaign details as prompted
Tracking Performance Monitor click data and campaign success through the Traffic Sources panel after publishing your ads.
