Before upgrading from Squarespace version 7.0 to 7.1, first prepare your site by:

• Disable developer mode

2. Important Pre-Upgrade Steps:

• Save audio files from Album pages (not supported in 7.1)

• Move important subpages out of Index Pages
• Save any custom CSS

3. Starting the Upgrade:

The upgrade is permanent and cannot be reversed. Take time to preview and test thoroughly before publishing. Your site's core data (SEO, orders, customers, domains) will remain intact during the upgrade.
