A website subscription can be canceled through two primary methods: immediate cancellation or disabling automatic renewal. Before proceeding with cancellation, consider these important points:
Before Canceling:

- Annual plan cancellations within 14 days are eligible for pro-rated refunds (minus $20 domain fee)

Option 1: Cancel Subscription
- Open Billing panel
- Click Website/Commerce under Subscription
- Select Cancel Subscription
- Choose cancellation reason
- Complete feedback form
- Review other subscriptions
- Confirm cancellation
Option 2: Disable Automatic Renewal
- Access Billing panel
- Click Website/Store under Subscription
- Toggle Automatic Renewal off
Post-Cancellation Access: You can still access:
- Billing information

- Digital products
- Contact information
- Appointment scheduling
Other Subscriptions:
- Domains remain active and transferable
- Digital Products enter 30-day grace period
- Google Workspace continues billing
- Email Campaigns remain accessible
- Acuity Scheduling stays active
Important Notes:
- Sites will disappear from search results over time
- Reactivation is possible after cancellation
- Website subscriptions cannot be transferred between sites
- All content remains recoverable until site deletion
- Separate subscriptions must be canceled individually
