File Requirements:

• Maximum file size: 300 MB
• One file per product (multiple files must be zipped)
• Remove special characters from filenames
• SSL must be enabled for secure downloads

Setup Process:

1. Create Product

• Select "Download" as product type

2. Add Basic Info

• Enter product name and description
• Add product images (multiple allowed)

3. Upload File

• Click "Upload file" button
• Select or drag-and-drop your file

4. Set Pricing

• Set regular price
• Enable sale pricing (optional)

5. Add Organization

• Create categories and tags (optional)
• Categories: max 25 characters
• Tags: max 80 characters

6. Add SEO Description

• Optimize for search engines
• Improve product visibility

7. Publish Product

• Click "Publish" to make available
• "Save" to keep as draft
• "Schedule" for future release

Important Notes:

• Download links expire after 24 hours
• Customers receive automatic download email
• New links sent automatically if expired
• Manual link resend available through Orders panel
• Test your setup with a test order

Limitations:

• No quantity settings
• No variants or SKUs
• No subscription options
