Customer reviews from your Etsy shop can be seamlessly displayed on your Squarespace product detail pages. Before importing reviews, ensure you've already imported your Etsy products.

Imported Review Content:

• Customer images and names
• Review dates
• Product images and titles
• Review text
• Star ratings

Importing Process:

1. Navigate to Customer Reviews menu
2. Click Import next to Etsy Reviews
3. Click Sign in and import
4. Log in to Etsy account and grant access
5. Wait up to 20 minutes for import completion
6. Click View Reviews once finished

Important Notes:

• Import is a one-time process, not automatically synced
• Reviews appear under all products if shop reviews are enabled
• Review appearance cannot be customized
• New reviews must be added through Squarespace

Re-importing Reviews:

1. Go to Customer Reviews menu
2. Click Re-import

• Can be done once daily
• Won't affect existing reviews
• Updates display with latest Etsy reviews

Managing Etsy Reviews:

• Hide all reviews: Turn off Imported Reviews switch
• Remove specific review: Contact Etsy for deletion, then re-import

Limitations:

• Reviews won't show in customer review menu
• Cannot control individual review placement
• Bulk import displays reviews across all products
• Customers must use Squarespace for new reviews

For optimal results, regularly re-import reviews to ensure your website displays the most current customer feedback from your Etsy shop.
