Import Process

1. Open Customer Reviews panel
2. Click Import next to Etsy Reviews
3. Click Login and Import
4. Log into Etsy and grant access
5. Wait up to 20 minutes for import completion
6. Click See Reviews when finished

Important Notes

• Reviews must be imported manually (no automatic sync)
• All imported reviews appear under every product when display settings show store reviews
• Reviews won't display on specific products only
• Customers must leave new reviews on Squarespace, not through Etsy
• Import can be done once per day

Reimporting Reviews

1. Open Customer Reviews panel
2. Click Reimport
3. Wait for new reviews to import
4. Existing reviews won't be affected

Managing Reviews

To Hide Reviews:

• Turn off Imported Reviews toggle in Customer Reviews settings

To Delete Reviews:

• Contact Etsy directly to remove reviews
• Reimport reviews after Etsy deletion
• Individual reviews cannot be deleted through Squarespace
