
How Members Access and Navigate Digital Product Subscriptions
Before a visitor purchases digital products, they can explore your offerings through paywalls that display pricing plans. You can create a dedicated registration page to showcase all available plans, their benefits, and pricing options.

For plans with multiple payment options, customers can select their preferred choice before registering. For example, choosing between a one-time $30 payment or three monthly payments of $10.

The registration process follows these steps:
- Customer clicks "Register" on their chosen plan
- Creates a new account or logs into an existing one
- Completes payment (skipped for free products)
- Gains immediate access to purchased content

Payment options include:
- Credit cards (all payment types)
- PayPal (one-time payments only)

After purchase, customers receive:
- Welcome email with login instructions
- Order confirmation for recurring subscriptions
- Optional renewal notifications (15 days before renewal)
- Access to their customer account panel

- See renewal dates and payment information
- Manage their subscriptions
For subscription renewal notifications, administrators can enable them through the Customer Notifications panel under Subscription Orders > Subscription Renewal. Note that short-term subscriptions (11 weeks or less for weekly renewals, 2 months or less for monthly) are not eligible for renewal notifications.
