After the acquisition of Google Domains by Squarespace on September 7, 2023, all domain registrations have been migrated to Squarespace's platform. Here's what you need to know:
Managing Your Domain
For Existing Squarespace Users:
- Log in at squarespace.com/login with your current account
- Access domains through the domains dashboard
For New Squarespace Users:
- Visit squarespace.com/login
- Click "Continue with Google"
- Select your Google Domains-linked account
- If you encounter login issues, use the "Unable to access" option for email verification

- Billing settings
- Contact information
- DNS records
- Nameservers and DNSSEC
- Whois Privacy
Billing Information:
- Annual automatic renewals continue
- Original renewal dates maintained
- Email notifications sent 15 days before renewal
- Standard Squarespace rates apply from September 7, 2024

- No additional subscriptions required
- Domains remain valid for their full registration period
- No 60-day transfer lock applied
- Google services (Analytics, Search Console, Ads) continue working
