Before Adding Custom Name Servers

1. Disable DNSSEC protection:

• Navigate to domain dashboard
• Select domain
• Click DNS > DNSSEC
• Toggle off DNS Security Extensions
• Confirm changes

Adding Custom NS Records

1. Gather NS records from your provider

2. Access DNS Settings:

   • Open domain dashboard
   • Select domain
   • Click DNS > DNS Settings
   • Scroll to Custom Records
   • Click Add Record

3. Configure NS Record:

   • Select NS as Type
   • Enter host values
   • Input provider's NS records in Data field
   • Save changes

Note: Changes may take 24-72 hours to propagate.

Removing Custom Name Servers

1. Disable DNSSEC
2. Reset to default name servers:
