When sharing content on Facebook isn't working correctly, here's how to fix the most common issues:

Wrong Image Showing

• Ensure images are at least 200px x 200px (2500px recommended) • Use Facebook Debugger tool to refresh cached content:

1. Go to Facebook Debugger
2. Enter your URL and click Debug
3. Check Link Preview
4. Click "Scrape Again" if needed
5. Repost content after debugging

Content Not Appearing on Facebook Page

1. Check posting destination settings:

• Go to Connected Accounts
• Select Facebook account
• Enable "Show posting option"
• Choose correct Facebook page
• Save changes

2. If still not working:

• Verify Facebook connection is active
• Check if domain is blocked
• Try disconnecting and reconnecting account

Permission Issues

To grant Squarespace publishing permissions:
