Send buyers directly to the checkout area from the product detail page, skipping the shopping cart step entirely. Quick Buy is ideal for single-product stores looking to streamline checkout and reduce cart abandonment.

Enabling Quick Buy:

  • Replace the Add to Cart button with a Buy button
  • Remove the shopping cart icon
  • Open Cart panel
  • Toggle Enable Quick Buy option

When enabled, customers clicking the Buy button go straight to checkout. Products remain in stock until purchase completion.

Disabling Quick Buy:

  • Open Cart panel
  • Toggle Enable Quick Buy option
  • Note: Cannot be disabled for subscription products

Important: Disable Quick Buy when selling multiple products to allow customers to purchase various items together.

Troubleshooting Multiple Orders:

  • Issue occurs when customers modify order totals after entering checkout
  • Original order saves while new total adds separately
  • Customers must empty cart to modify order total
  • For partial refunds, refer to Cancel and Refund Orders guide
  • Multiple orders may occur when minimum order amounts are set
  • Customers can adjust quantities at checkout to meet minimums

Note: Customers leaving the checkout page may result in multiple saved orders. Ensure clear communication about cart management and order modifications to prevent unintended multiple purchases.
