- Cover Page newsletter signups (v7.0)
Customizing Confirmation Emails

- Click "Customize Email"
- Modify text and sections
- Define email style
- Update subject line and preview text
- Test email before saving
Troubleshooting Missing Confirmation Emails
- Check spam folder
- Add [email protected] to contacts
- Verify email address accuracy
- Try alternate email address
- Check email client restrictions
404 Error Solutions
- Reset form storage connection
- Ensure domain points to Squarespace
- Reconnect mailing list to form
Note: At least one verification method must be enabled for newsletter blocks and promotional pop-ups using Squarespace storage. EU users should ensure compliance with local regulations.
For best results, consider using both reCAPTCHA and confirmation emails to maximize security and engagement.
