Connect Zapier Automations to Your Forms

Zapier lets you automate form submissions from Squarespace by connecting them to over 1,000 apps and services. This integration works with Form Blocks, Newsletter Blocks, and Landing Pages on Squarespace's Essential plan and higher.

Connect Your Squarespace Forms to Zapier

  1. Enable Zapier Connection:
  • Edit your Form/Newsletter Block
  • Click Storage > Zapier > Connect
  • For Landing Pages, add a form in the Action panel
  1. Get Your API Key:
  • Open Developer Tools
  • Click "Developer API Keys"
  • Generate a new key with Forms permission
  • Copy and save the key securely
  1. Create a Zap:
  • Go to Zapier.com
  • Click "Create a Zap"
  • Select Squarespace as trigger
  • Choose "New Form Submission"
  • Connect using your API key

  1. Add Actions: You can connect form submissions to various services:

Productivity Tools:

  • Basecamp tasks
  • Trello cards
  • Google Calendar events
  • Slack notifications

Email Marketing:

  • ConvertKit
  • Constant Contact
  • HubSpot lists

CRM Systems:

  • Salesforce opportunities
  • HubSpot CRM leads
  • Pipedrive deals
  • Insightly leads
  • Zendesk tickets

After setup, the Storage tab will show "x Zap(s) connected" indicating successful integration. Each form requires at least one Zap per desired action.
