A lightbox effect opens images in a centered overlay with a dimmed background when clicked, allowing visitors to view enlarged images. The X in the upper corner closes the overlay and returns to the main page.

Note: Zoom features are not available on mobile devices.

Template-Specific Features

Different templates have varying lightbox support:

  • Most support grid layout with hover captions
  • Some disable lightbox with clickthrough URLs
  • Few templates lack lightbox support entirely
  • Mobile support varies by template

The lightbox feature works best when configured according to specific template capabilities and desired user interaction patterns.
