Zapier form integration lets you automate workflows by connecting your Squarespace forms to over 1,000 apps. When visitors submit a form, Zapier can trigger actions in popular tools like Slack, Trello, ConvertKit, and Salesforce.
Available on Core, Plus, Advanced, Business, and Commerce plans (Basic/Advanced). Zapier offers both free and premium plans starting at $20.
How Zapier Works
Zapier creates automated workflows called "Zaps" that connect your forms to other apps. When someone submits a form, Zaps can:

- Add Basecamp tasks
- Create Trello cards
- Schedule Google Calendar events

- Add contacts to ConvertKit, Constant Contact, or Hubspot

Setting Up Zapier Integration
- Connect Your Form
- Edit form/newsletter block
- Click Storage > Zapier > Connect
- For cover pages, add form in action panel
- Get API Key
- Open Developer tools
- Click Developer API Keys
- Generate new key with Forms permission
- Copy and save the key securely

- Create a Zap
- Go to Zapier.com
- Click Create Zap
- Select Squarespace trigger
- Choose New Form Submission
- Connect using API key
- Select your form
- Test the trigger
