• E-Commerce Advanced Mobile Start

Eligibility Requirements:

• Website must be in trial phase or previously used Mobile Start
• Upgrade only through iOS app (not available on Android)
• Not eligible if website has/had a Standard Website Subscription

Key Terms:

• 30-day duration with no auto-renewal
• Can't purchase multiple months at once
• Must stick with same plan or switch to Standard Website Subscription
• Can only repurchase same Mobile Start plan after expiration

• Email Campaigns (post-trial)
• Getty Images
• Google Workspace
• Domain registration/transfer
• Point of Sale
• Acuity Scheduling
• Squarespace domain integration

How to Register:

1. Open Squarespace iOS app
2. Tap More > Settings > Payment
3. Choose Subscription
4. Review features and tap Purchase
5. Confirm with Apple ID password

After Expiration:

• Brief grace period before website deactivation
• Options to reactivate:
  • Purchase another 30-day Mobile Start subscription
  • Upgrade to Standard Website Subscription

Cancellation:

• Request refunds through Apple (not Squarespace)
• Set website to Private to hide from visitors

Additional Notes:

• Cannot use promo codes with Mobile Start
• Payment management limited in app
• Standard Website Subscription details viewable but not editable in app
• Must use desktop for advanced payment settings
