Report a Malware Review on Customer Products
Your customers build trust through reviews, which can be collected for physical products, downloadable items, services, and subscriptions. Reviews are automatically requested via email 14 days after order completion.

Customizing Review Emails:
- Access automation dashboard
- Select Request Customer Reviews
- Click Action > Edit Email
- Modify content or add new elements
- Customize subject line and preview text
- Test email using Send Test feature
Review Display Options:
- Product Reviews Only: Shows reviews for specific products
- Shop Reviews Only: Displays all shop reviews with product images
- Product and Shop Reviews: Separated into tabs
Product Reviews with Stars
Managing Reviews:
- View all reviews in Customer Reviews menu
- Toggle visibility between Public and Hidden
- Monitor publication date, ratings, and customer information
- Cannot delete reviews but can hide them
Important Limitations:
- Reviews cannot be exported or transferred between websites
- Customers cannot edit or delete their reviews
- Review requests only work for orders within the past 14 days
- Each customer can only review a product once
- Reviews remain even if products are edited or deleted
- Cannot respond directly to reviews
Review requests can be paused through the automation dashboard. Previously collected reviews remain visible even after downgrading your plan. Contact deletion will remove associated reviews.
Common Issues:
- 120-day time limit for leaving reviews
- Products must be visible in shop
- No reviews for subscription renewals
- No reviews for canceled orders
