Etsy reviews can be imported and displayed on your Squarespace product detail pages. Here's everything you need to know about managing Etsy reviews on your Squarespace site.

What Gets Imported

• Customer photos
• Customer names
• Review dates
• Product images
• Product titles
• Review text
• Star ratings

Import Process

1. Navigate to Customer Reviews panel
2. Select Import next to Etsy Reviews
3. Click Log in and import
4. Connect your Etsy account by granting access
5. Wait up to 20 minutes for import completion
6. Click Review them once complete

Important Limitations

• One-time import process (no automatic sync)
• Bulk import means reviews show under all products
• Cannot customize review appearance or placement
• New Etsy reviews must be manually imported
• Reviews can be imported once per day

Updating Reviews To get your latest Etsy reviews:

1. Open Customer Reviews panel
2. Click Re-import
3. Wait for import completion

Removing Reviews

• Toggle off Imported Reviews to hide all Etsy reviews
• Individual reviews must be deleted through Etsy first
• Re-import after Etsy deletion to update your site

Prerequisites

• Must import Etsy products before importing reviews
• Need an active Etsy shop
• Requires Squarespace Commerce features
