Choose a primary account login to manage multiple Squarespace websites under a single email address or social media account. This account will be your main access point after merging.

To merge Squarespace accounts:

1. Log into your secondary account
2. From the dashboard, locate all websites and subscriptions
3. Invite your primary account email as an editor for each website
4. Accept invitations using your primary account (use incognito browser)
5. Transfer ownership of all websites and subscriptions to your primary account

For unlinked Squarespace domains:

1. Create a new trial website
2. Add payment information
3. Contact Squarespace support to move domain to trial site
4. Follow standard merging steps to transfer ownership

For linked Squarespace domains:

1. Log into primary account
2. Invite secondary account as admin editor
3. Accept invitation using secondary account
4. Move domain to website while in secondary account

Optional cleanup steps:

1. Remove secondary account as editor
2. Request permanent deletion of secondary account (ensure no active subscriptions remain)

After merging accounts:

• Update domain contact information
• Review and update form/newsletter block storage settings
• Verify all websites and subscriptions appear in primary account dashboard

This process manually consolidates all websites and domains under one login, as there's currently no automated way to merge Squarespace accounts.

Remember to maintain access to both accounts throughout the process and verify all transfers are complete before removing the secondary account.
