Connect your IWantMyName domain to Squarespace in three simple steps:

Step 1: Start the Connection in Squarespace

1. Go to Domains panel
2. Click "Use My Domain"
3. Enter your full domain name
4. Click "Link domain"
5. Select "iwantmyname.com" from dropdown
6. Click "Link domain" again
7. Click "Continue"

Step 2: Configure IWantMyName

1. Log in to www.iwantmyname.com
2. Click Services dropdown > Apps and Services
3. Search for "Squarespace"
4. Click "Add Squarespace" next to your domain

Step 3: Verify Your Site

1. Copy the unique verification code from Squarespace DNS settings (under Host column)
2. Paste the code in IWantMyName's "Unique verification code" field
3. Click "Install Squarespace"

Completion and Verification

• Allow 24-72 hours for the connection to complete
• Monitor progress in Squarespace DNS Settings panel
• Click "Refresh records" to check status
• Look for green labels indicating successful linking
• Your domain will show "Linked" status when complete

If you see "Unable to verify domain ownership":

1. Use the DNS checker tool in DNS Settings panel
2. Verify CNAME and A-records are correct
