Import products from your Etsy, Shopify, or Big Cartel store to Squarespace using these step-by-step guides. This one-time import process allows you to transfer up to 10,000 products in version 7.1 or 200 products in version 7.0.

Import Steps

From Etsy:

1. Add a store page
2. Go to Products & Services panel > Products > Import
3. Select Etsy and click Get started
4. Choose destination store page
5. Click Start import
6. Log into Etsy and grant access
7. Wait for automatic import completion

From Shopify:

1. Download your Shopify inventory .csv file
2. Go to Products & Services > Products > Import
3. Select Shopify
4. Upload your .csv file
5. Click Import and wait for completion
6. Find imported products in "Not linked" section as "Imported Products"

From Big Cartel:

1. Go to Products & Services > Products > Import
2. Select Big Cartel
3. Enter your complete Big Cartel URL
4. Click Import and wait for completion
5. Find imported products in "Not linked" section as "Imported Products"

Important Notes

• This is a one-time import; inventories won't sync automatically
• Product tags and categories must be added manually in version 7.0
• Download products cannot be imported
• For Etsy imports, ensure vacation mode is off
• Maximum 100 variants per product
• Etsy imports limited to 500 products

After Importing

1. Complete store setup
2. Review and organize imported products
3. Set up shipping profiles
4. Create discount codes for existing gift cards
5. Enable customer reviews if desired
6. Add any missing product information
