How to Connect Squarespace with ShipStation: Complete Setup Guide

Print shipping labels and process orders efficiently by connecting Squarespace to ShipStation, a paid online shipping software offering carrier discounts and a 30-day free trial.

With ShipStation integration, you can:

  • Print batch labels for FedEx, UPS, and USPS
  • Automatically mark orders as processed
  • Send tracking notifications to customers
  • Connect with fulfillment services like ShipWire and Amazon FBA

ShipStation receives the following order details:

  • Product information (title, image, price, SKU, variants)
  • Weight and dimensions
  • Order total and date
  • Customer contact details
  • Custom payment form information

To connect ShipStation:

  1. Go to Squarespace Extensions
  2. Click ShipStation
  3. Click Connect to site
  4. Log in and select your site
  5. Grant permissions
  6. Complete ShipStation setup

Processing Orders:

  • New orders sync within 14 days
  • Click Refresh to retrieve recent orders
  • Select orders and click Create Labels
