How to Connect Squarespace with ShipStation: Complete Setup Guide
Print shipping labels and process orders efficiently by connecting Squarespace to ShipStation, a paid online shipping software offering carrier discounts and a 30-day free trial.
With ShipStation integration, you can:
- Print batch labels for FedEx, UPS, and USPS
- Automatically mark orders as processed
- Send tracking notifications to customers
- Connect with fulfillment services like ShipWire and Amazon FBA
ShipStation receives the following order details:
- Product information (title, image, price, SKU, variants)
- Weight and dimensions
- Order total and date
- Customer contact details
- Custom payment form information
To connect ShipStation:
- Go to Squarespace Extensions
- Click ShipStation
- Click Connect to site
- Log in and select your site
- Grant permissions
- Complete ShipStation setup
Processing Orders:
- New orders sync within 14 days
- Click Refresh to retrieve recent orders
- Select orders and click Create Labels
- Enter shipping information
- Print labels
After processing:
- Orders marked as Processed in Squarespace
- Tracking numbers added to order summary
