Video Requirements:

• Maximum length: 60 seconds
• Optimal frame rate: 60 fps
• Resolution: 1080p
• Minimum bitrate: 3 Mbps
• Aspect ratio: 16:9 (horizontal/landscape)

Best Practices:

• Limit to 2 background videos per page
• Keep videos under 40 seconds
• Use centered subjects with space for cropping
• Avoid quick cuts and excessive motion
• Prevent flashing (less than 3 flashes per second)
• Add mobile fallback images

Adding a Background Video:

1. Prepare Your Video:

• Upload to YouTube/Vimeo (ensure proper sharing settings)
• Or prepare a file meeting requirements for direct upload

2. Add the Video: For Section Backgrounds:

• Open Pages panel
• Click Edit
• Select section's pencil icon
• Choose Background > Video
• Upload file or add URL

For Page Banners:

• Open Pages panel
• Click settings icon
• Select Media tab
• Paste video URL
