Email marketing plans offer different tiers with varying features, including:

Free Trial Features:

• Unlimited mailing list size
• Three total mass campaigns
• 5,000 email sends per campaign
• No time limit
• Test emails and automation not available

Subscribing to Email Campaigns:

1. Open Email Campaigns dashboard
2. Click Update
3. Choose billing cycle (monthly or annual)
4. Select desired plan
5. Confirm payment

Important Billing Information:

• Requires active website subscription or Acuity Scheduling account
• Auto-renewal enabled by default
• 15-day reminder before renewal
• Separate billing from website subscription
• Only site owners and administrators can purchase
• Sales tax may apply based on location

Managing Your Subscription:

• View details in Billing Panel
• Review invoices
• Turn off auto-renewal
• Cancel subscription
• Change billing plan anytime

Usage Periods vs. Billing Cycles:

• Billing cycle: Monthly or annual payment schedule
• Usage period: Monthly limits reset based on subscription start date
• Send limits apply regardless of billing cycle
• Must wait for next usage period or upgrade plan if limits reached

Failed Payments:

• 15-day grace period for payment resolution
• Update card information anytime
• Subscription expires if payment fails after grace period
• New subscription available with active site subscription

Plan features are subject to change over time. Existing customers may keep older plans with different features, but cannot revert once switching to newer plans.

All subscriptions include access to email campaign creation tools, mailing list management, and analytics features to help track campaign performance.
