1. Embed Videos

Requirements:
- Use video URLs or embed codes
- YouTube URLs must include youtube.com/watch, youtube.com/playlist, or youtu.be
- For advanced options, use embed codes
2. Upload Videos Directly
File requirements:
- Course/Video Pages: 5,000 MB limit, up to 3 hours
- Video Blocks: 500 MB limit, up to 30 minutes
- Section backgrounds: 500 MB limit, up to 60 seconds
- Supported bitrates: 1.5 Mbit/s (360p), 3 Mbit/s (1080p)
