
Share Your Trial Squarespace Site with Password Protection
Logging In and Sharing a Trial Site
To access your trial site as an owner:
- Go to your site's URL (check the "Welcome to Squarespace" email)
- Click the "Log In" button
- Enter your credentials

Sharing Your Trial Site:
- Add a site-wide password to allow visitors to view (but not edit) your site
- Share your built-in domain with others (make sure the URL doesn't end with /config)
- Provide them with the password you created
Important Notes:
- Trial sites are private by default
- Only site owners and contributors can access without a password
- Sites remain hidden from search engines while password-protected
- To make your site public, upgrade to a paid plan
Remember: Your trial site visitors will need both the correct URL and password to view your site. This allows you to get feedback while maintaining control over who can access your work.
