Set Homepage to Your Main Landing Page: Step by Step Guide
Visitors will see your homepage when they first visit your site. Any page can be set as the homepage, and users can return to it by clicking your site's title or logo.
How to Check Current Homepage:
- Open Page Panel
- Look for the home icon next to a page title

Setting a New Homepage:
- In Page panel, click the desired page title
- Scroll to find "Set as Homepage"
- Click "Confirm" in the popup message
- Save your changes
After Setting New Homepage:
- Old homepage remains but loses home icon
- Consider deleting or renaming old homepage
- Optionally move new homepage to top of navigation
- Hide from navigation by moving to "No Links" section
Troubleshooting 404 Errors: If homepage isn't displaying properly, check:
- Homepage isn't disabled (should be black text, not gray)
- Homepage wasn't deleted during template preview (Version 7.0)
Fix Homepage Issues:
- For disabled homepage: Set temporary homepage, enable original page, then reset
- For template issues: Either publish preview template or restore deleted homepage
Version 7.0 Specific Notes:
- Index pages cannot be homepages
- Remove page from index before setting as homepage
- Homepage cannot be moved back to index
