The Squarespace App Metrics provides essential data analytics for website performance monitoring. Here's what you need to know:

Core Features

  • View main statistics through data cards showing site stats, page views, subscribers, and top content
  • Access sales revenue, conversion, and best-selling products (available on Essential, Plus, Advanced, Basic Commerce, and Advanced Commerce plans)

App vs Desktop Differences

  • More preset date filter options in the app
  • No Search Engine Queries or Site Search Queries cards
  • Separate cards for Device Type and Top Products
  • No Email Campaigns analytics
  • No point of sale analytics
  • RSS Subscribers show all feed traffic (no individual feed filtering)
  • Line graphs include previous period comparison data

Using the Metrics Tab

  1. Access metrics by tapping "Metrics" at the bottom
  2. View overview or detailed card information
  3. Use the date selector to choose time ranges (up to 3 years)
  4. Rearrange cards by pressing and dragging
  5. Pull down to refresh data (updates within 3 hours)
