Blog posts are organized into Blog pages (landing pages displaying multiple posts) and individual blog posts (sub-pages with dedicated URLs). Your site can have multiple Blog pages.

Adding a Blog Page (Version 7.1):

• Click + in Pages panel
• Select Blog under Collections
• Choose layout and enter title
• Customize via Blog page settings

Creating a New Post:

• Open Blog page and click + in sidebar
• Enter post title (max 200 characters)
• Add content using Text block and other content blocks
• Configure post settings including categories, tags, and featured images

Editing Existing Posts:

• Open Blog page and select post
• Click Edit
• Make changes and click Save
• Modify settings via ... menu

• URL slug
• Author

• Social sharing options
• Location details

Publishing Options:

• Save as draft
• Publish immediately
• Schedule for later
• Set for review

Monetization (Version 7.1):

• Add paywall to restrict access
• Set paywall position (Blog Posts Only or Blog Preview and Blog Posts)
• Offer preview content
• Create subscription plans

Post Management:

• Search and filter posts
• Sort by status (Draft, Published, Scheduled)
• Move posts between Blog pages
• Delete unwanted posts
• Track analytics and engagement

Mobile Management:

• Create and edit posts via Squarespace app
• Add text, images, and basic blocks
• Modify post settings
• Change publication status

The blog editor supports text formatting, media embedding, and SEO optimization while maintaining a clean, professional appearance.
