Follow these steps to connect a Turbify domain to your Squarespace site:

Requirements

• Review third-party domain connection requirements
• Switch to a domain-only subscription if currently using Turbify website hosting

Step 1: Start Squarespace Connection

1. Open Domains panel
2. Click "I already have a domain"
3. Enter your domain name
4. Click "Connect the domain"
5. Select Turbify from dropdown
6. Keep DNS Settings panel open for reference

Step 2: Access Turbify Account

1. Log in to Turbify
2. Find your domain under "Domains" section
3. Click "Domain" under Dashboard

Step 3: Add First CNAME Record

• Host: [Copy unique code from Squarespace]
• Type: CNAME
• Points to: verify.squarespace.com

Step 4: Add Second CNAME Record

• Host: * (asterisk)
• Type: CNAME
• Points to: ext-cust.squarespace.com

Step 5: Add A Record

• Host: @
• Type: A
• Points to: 198.185.159.144

Important Notes:

• Don't delete records with "Email" or "messaging" hosts - these control email services
• Connection takes 24-72 hours to complete
• Monitor progress in Squarespace DNS Settings panel
• Green labels indicate successful connections

Troubleshooting:

• Use DNS verification tool if "Unable to verify domain ownership" appears
• Check DNS records match exactly as specified
• Contact Turbify support for account-specific issues

The domain will display as "Connected" in your Domains panel once setup is complete.
