Efficiently display your Dropbox photos on Squarespace by connecting your accounts and following these straightforward steps.

Connect Dropbox Account

1. Navigate to "Connected Accounts"
2. Click "Connect Account"
3. Choose Dropbox from Social Accounts
4. Enter Dropbox credentials
5. Click "Allow" to authorize connection

Set Up Dropbox Folders

1. Access your Dropbox account
2. Locate /Apps/Squarespace/ folder
3. Create a folder named with your Account ID (found before .squarespace.com)
4. Make separate folders for each gallery page within /Apps/Squarespace/accountid/
5. Add your images to these folders

Supported File Types:

• .png
• .jpg
• .gif

Note: Add underscore (_) before filename to exclude specific images from syncing.

Publish Gallery Pages

1. Go to Connected Accounts panel
2. Click "Publish to Squarespace" under Dropbox
3. Find new gallery pages in "Unlinked" section
4. Arrange pages in navigation menus as needed

Sync Updates

Whenever you modify Dropbox content:

1. Open Connected Accounts
2. Click "Publish to Squarespace"
3. Wait for sync completion

Troubleshooting

If "Sync failed" appears:

• This usually happens with large image uploads
• Wait several minutes
• Refresh gallery page
• Check if new images appear

Remember: Deleting folders or content from Dropbox will remove them from your Squarespace site automatically.
