Log in to Hover and open your desired domain under "Your Domains". Click the Squarespace logo in the Connect section.

To Connect Hover Domain to Squarespace:

1. In Squarespace:

• Go to Domains panel
• Click "Use a Custom Domain"
• Enter your domain name and click arrow
• Click "Connect Domain"
• Select Hover from dropdown
• Click "Connect Domain" and "Continue"
• Keep the DNS records panel open

2. In Hover:

• Copy the verification code from Squarespace's first Host row
• Paste code into Hover's "Verify Value" field
• Click "Connect" (Hover adds remaining records automatically)

3. Wait for Connection:

• Allow 24-72 hours for full propagation
• Monitor progress in Squarespace DNS Settings
• Look for green labels and "Connected" status
• Temporary errors are normal during this period

Troubleshooting:

• For Hover-specific issues, contact Hover support
• Ensure all DNS records match Squarespace requirements

The domain remains registered with Hover while connecting to your Squarespace site. During the connection period, your site may experience temporary accessibility issues.
