To access gated content, visitors:

1. Click [Sign Up] on their chosen plan
2. Create an account or sign in
3. Complete payment (if applicable)
4. Access content through their customer account panel

Payment options include:

• Credit card (all payment types)
• PayPal (one-time payments only)

After purchase, customers receive:

• Welcome email with login instructions
• Order confirmation emails for recurring subscriptions
• Optional renewal notifications 15 days before renewal date

To manage digital products, customers can:

• View purchased content through their account panel
• Access membership details and renewal information
• Check subscription status and payment history

To enable subscription renewal notifications:

1. Open [Customer Notifications]
2. Select [Subscription Orders] > [Subscription Renewal]
3. Enable [Send to Registrants]

Note: Renewal notifications aren't available for subscriptions renewing within:

• 11 weeks for weekly renewals
• 2 months for monthly renewals

Customer account panels display:

• Upcoming renewal dates

Members can access their purchased content immediately through their customer account panel by clicking on the specific digital product, which opens in a new tab.
