Digital product pricing plans allow you to monetize content through paywalls. Here's everything you need to know:

Pricing Plan Basics:

  • Limit of 500 pricing plans per site
  • Each plan can include up to 10 digital products
  • Products can be in up to 6 different pricing plans
  • Requires payment processor connection for paid plans

Pricing Structures:

  • Subscription: Regular payments (weekly/monthly/yearly)
  • Flat Fee: One-time or installment payments
  • Free: No cost but requires account creation

Creating a Pricing Plan:

  1. Open Pages Panel
  2. Select digital product
  3. Click Pricing Plan > Create Pricing Plan
  4. Add details and perks (max 60 characters each)
  5. Choose pricing structure
  6. Set fees and payment schedule
  7. Add signup restrictions (optional)
  8. Include digital products (up to 10)

Paywall Customization:

  • Customize headline and description
  • Control content visibility
  • Set public previews for potential customers
  • Style colors and fonts through Site Styles
  • Configure login/signup buttons

Important Considerations:

  • Changes only affect new members
  • Cannot transfer members between plans
  • Deleting plans revokes access
  • Cannot offer sale prices (use discount codes instead)
  • Create public signup pages for better visibility

Managing Pricing Plans:

  1. Access Digital Products panel
  2. Review existing plans
  3. Modify details as needed
  4. Save changes
  5. Communicate changes to members

Best Practices:

  • Use tiered pricing for different audience segments
  • Offer preview content to attract subscribers
  • Create clear value propositions
  • Maintain consistent communication with members
  • Regular review and updates of pricing strategies
