How to Set a Focal Point

  1. Open the image block, section, or image
  2. Hover over the image to reveal the focal point circle
  3. Click and drag the circle to your desired focus area
  4. Changes save automatically

Important Considerations

Image Container Impact:

  • Landscape images in square containers show more noticeable focal point changes
  • Similarly shaped images and containers show minimal focal point effects

Gallery Images:

  • Adjust focal points on the main gallery page or in section editor
  • For version 7.0 Gallery Blocks, make changes on the Gallery Page

Troubleshooting Blurry Images

To prevent image distortion:

  • Follow standard formatting guidelines
  • Consider responsive design requirements
  • Adjust container sizes appropriately

Pro Tips

  • Match image orientation to container shape for best results
  • Use fine adjustments in the image editor for galleries
  • Consider the final display size when setting focal points
