Form fields serve as essential building blocks for collecting visitor information through form blocks, custom product forms, and custom payment forms. Many fields automatically format based on the visitor's location.
Basic Information Fields
- Name: Collects first and last names in separate boxes (appears as single field in submissions)
- Text: Single-line entries for brief responses
- Email: Requires valid email format ([email protected] not accepted)
- Phone: Automatically formats based on region
- Text Area: Unlimited characters for longer responses
Selection Fields
