- Desire to host domain outside your domain provider
Adding Glue Records:

Gather required information:
- Server hostname
- IP address (from your server provider)
-
Add the record:
- Access domain control panel
- Navigate to DNS > Name Server Registration
- Click "Add Hosting Record"
- Enter hostname and IP address
- Click "Add IP Address"
- Save changes
Note: Changes may take 24-48 hours to propagate.
Removing Glue Records:
-
Important prerequisites:
- Ensure name servers point to alternative target
- Be aware of 48-hour potential downtime
-
Removal steps:
- Access domain control panel
- Go to DNS > Domain Name Name Servers
- Select Name Server Registration
- Click trash icon next to hostname
- Save changes
Important Considerations:
- Cannot delete active glue records

- Verify all information with server provider before making changes
This configuration ensures proper routing between your domain and custom name servers while maintaining control over your DNS infrastructure.
